PTA Special Needs Group at Helen Keller Elementary
Each campus in LWSD has at least one PTSA Special Needs Liaison. The liaison(s) keeps the families of that school informed of the PTSA Special Needs Group's upcoming monthly meetings and district updates on issues affecting families who have special needs children. The liaison(s) can often answer a family's questions regarding special education at their school. This year we hope to connect more families with children who have special needs with the LWSD Special Needs Support Group. PTA Lake Washington School District PTSA Special Needs Group
The Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) Special Needs Group is made up of parents in the Lake Washington School District whose children receive special services and/or classroom support. The group meets every month of the school year except December and June. Anyone is invited to attend these informative meetings which provide opportunities to:
